These terms cover your use of Layover Logic ("the app"), provided by Plantburgh LLC, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. By using the app you agree to them.
Planning aid, not a compliance tool
The rest math is a planning aid, not a duty-time or regulatory compliance calculator. It does not compute legal rest requirements, and it is not a substitute for your airline's rostering rules or your regulator's flight-time limitations. Opening hours, closures and transit times change; verify anything you are relying on.
Beta software
Layover Logic is in private beta. It is incomplete, it will change, and it may be altered or discontinued at any time without notice. Features present today may not be present tomorrow. We do not guarantee availability, uptime or that the app will continue to be offered.
Accuracy of information
Places close, move, change their hours and stop serving food. Transit times vary with traffic, strikes and weather. Every pick in the app was checked by hand at some point in time, but no listing is guaranteed to be correct at the moment you read it. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it — particularly anything affecting whether you make your pickup.
Your data is yours — and only yours
Everything you enter stays on your device. Plantburgh LLC does not receive, store or process it. This means you are responsible for your own backups. If you clear your browser data, lose the device or uninstall the app, we cannot recover anything for you, because we never had it. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own trip planning. Do not attempt to extract, scrape, republish or resell the city guide, the picks or the underlying data, and do not use the app to break the law.
Ownership
The app, its design, its city guide and the picks within it remain the property of Plantburgh LLC. Beta access does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond permission to use the app personally while the beta runs.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plantburgh LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including missed pickups, missed rest, travel costs, disciplinary consequences or employment consequences. Your use of the app is your own professional judgment, not ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. The current version always lives at this address.
